Company Biography
Broker/Owner Kenny Sattaur established RE/MAX Southshore Realty in 1990, with offices in Rosedale and Valley Stream adding a new office in Cambria Heights, February of 2005. We strive to better serve our client's Real Estate Needs.

During the first Six (6) months of our operation in Rosedale, we gained control of the market share and at present have maintained control. Of the approximately Five (5) active brokers in the area, RE/MAX Southshore Realty is number one in both listing and selling. In addition, agents in the office sell 98% of our listings.
RE/MAX Southshore Realty closed Two Hundred and Seventy-Four homes during 2005 & 2006. These sales include Exclusive Listings, Foreclosures and MLS Properties.
We currently have a total of Fifty (50) Real Estate Sales Agents on hand with Twenty-Five (25) in Rosedale, Twelve (12) in Valley Stream and Thirteen (13) in Cambria Heights to assist our clients and our customers in all of their Real Estate Needs. Our support staff is comprised of Ten (10) knowledgeable individuals, who keep the Three (3) offices fully upgraded so that we can stay on top of a very competitive market.
